INSTRUCTIONS on HOW
TO DO THIS SHAMAN to SPIRIT MEDITATION
:

SUGGESTION: It would be much easier for you if you were to record on a tape recorder the following process. That way you could listen to the recorded procedures while doing the meditation. That way you won't have to read these instructions while doing the meditation.

FRIENDLY CAUTION: Don't expect instant results. This meditation is not "instant coffee". It's more of a slow brew, a womb-like process. Slowly, gradually, you celebrate.

So, feel welcome to sit, meditate and experience "bliss" for your self. I am sure that this meditation will give a "boost" to your spiritual progress, no matter what path you walk on.

INSTRUCTIONS: Set a regular (but accomodating) time every day to do the following meditation.

1. Be silent, please. Unplug the phone. Shut down the cellular.
2. Sit still in a quiet room.
3. Get into a comfortable position where you can be relatively still for about 20 minutes.
4. Sit or lie down.
5. Bring awareness in your body: a tingling here, a cramp there as they arise and pass away.
6. Listen to your body: let it tell you what position allows you to settle down and open to your inner life.
7. REMEMBER: There are no special rules: flexibility is the name of the game.
8. You do not have to keep your back ramrod-straight and stiff,
9. You do not need to cross or twist up your limbs,
10. You do not have to lock your hands into a "mudra" (palms pressed in a prayer position)
11. You do not have to make any special sounds (aOUMMM) to receive Cosmic energy.
12. You do not need any other artifax next to you.
13. You do not need an altar, icon, incense, crystals or any special environmental trappings:
14. simply be receptive to the Cosmic energies that wants to invade your body.
15. You may want to close your eyes if you wish, or keep them open if you prefer. Your "comfort zone" will tell you what works best for you in the moment.
16. Breathe normally, let the breath come easily and naturally IN and start to FORCE AIR OUT.
17. Feel relaxation gradually invading your heart, abdomen, brain, or other organ or body system.
18. Imagine this relaxation under the form of "Warm Honey Golden Light".
19. Trust and follow your own unique experience as the Cosmos manifests inside you.
20. While experiencing the invasion of Cosmic Inner peace gradually filling the Spiritual reservoir of your Body, allow the thoughts of your mind to pass through.
21. Just observe the thoughts of your mind.

focus on the OUT.

24. While doing that, focus your full attention on forcing the air OUT.
25. Observe your mind, your thinking pattern.
26. Clearly see images passing through your mind.

30. Total clarity comes with regular daily meditation practice.
31. Become a passive observer of these mental images.

34. Feel your Self opening up to different impressions; anger, forgiveness, emotional warmth.
35. Let these feelings grow and expand in your full awareness.

35. When images come up, do not engage into them.

38. Simply observe the parade of images that pass through your mind.

40. Do not try to modify the content of the images.
41. Please don't try to find any logic interpretation of any of the so-called messages you might receive.
42. Remember, for the moment, you observe images not messages.
43. Simply remain a passive observer.
44. Breathe IN and OUT
and focus on the OUT.
45. If your mind tries to turn your attention away from the images you perceive, firmly bring your attention back breathing IN and OUT.

Focus on the OUT.
47. There is no need for blind faith here.
48. Look at this logically and you will see that it is truly this simple.
49. My own experience: I keep on letting my breath come IN easily and naturally. I willingly push OUT my breath until empty.
50. Emptiness is the goal.

52. According to these sources, we should project Loving Kindness on to the Whole Wide World.

This is your personal invitation to maximize your potential for contentment which is one of the highest forms of happiness. You could do that by fully utilizing all the tools at your command, such as meditative introspection, visualization, redaction of a wishlist, expressing assertive affirmations, and taking constructive actions based on prevailing astrological patterns.

In order to productively use your transformative energies toward the fulfillment of a particular long-held wish, you need to reveal and develop a powerful sense of who you really are and what you decisively want.

What you think about your Self could increase or diminish your ability to function well in life and limit your potential.

You should reserve a special quiet room in a supportive atmosphere, absolutely free from any artifacts and pseudo "esoteric gadgets".

Indeed, adopting a pseudo-spiritual way of living, modifying your exterior mode of interacting, transforming and furnishing your environment with stones, crystals or other paraphernalia should be seen as what they are in reality, stones, crystals and others gadgets which usually create an illusion of a deeper union with Higher Forces.

So, a plain and simple atmosphere, better invest your energies focusing on the reality in and around you; your meditative introspection.


BREATHING

 

MEDITATIVE INTROSPECTION requires that one starts to breath consciously, uniting body and mind.


When one breathes consciously,
one becomes truly present to the ACTUAL plain reality of life.

Learning to breath deeply again is the first step in learning meditative introspection.

During meditative introspection your breathing focused.

Just as you have the capacity to feel emotions of love, anger or any frustration, so you have the capacity to experience relaxation by concentrating on each breath without thinking of anything else.

To evoke the relaxation response, sit conformably, close your eyes, concentrate on slow abdominal breathing, filling and emptying the lungs completely.

Through deep abdominal breathing, the following relaxation techniques, including the releasing of the past become a protective relaxing mechanism against tensions.

SERENITY BREATHING


For Serenity breathing,
take a comfortable position in a quiet environment,
breathe as if you are relaxed.

Allow your self to become more relaxed,
going deeper in relaxation, permit your Self to let go more.


Breathing fully corresponds to living fully intoxicated with exciting emotional arousal and stimulation of orgasmic activity for more energy and vitality.


For Serenity breathing lie on your back,
or sit or stand comfortably
with back straight
with your eyes closed,
say hello to your feet,
and let them go,
focus on your right foot,
say hello, let it go,
focus on your left foot,
say hello and let it go.


Placing your hands on your abdomen to feel the breath increases your awareness and help you monitor the deep abdominal process.

Deep abdominal breathing could be an effective relaxant by placing one hand on your chest and the other on the abdomen.


Exhale sharply,
emptying your lungs and pushing your stomach out.

When you exhale fully,

the mind becomes clearer and more aware.

With exhalations, we breathe out and
release accumulated tensions and frustrations
.


Deep abdominal breathing,

(filling your lungs more completely),
inhaling up-wellness and
exhaling while letting go

of the tensions felt in the jaw,

shoulders, arms and hands etc.

could help you feel into the interior of your deepest feelings and contradiction.

Breath IN deeply and easily.


Feel your Self INHALING, breathing into your chest, then direct the air into your belly.

Feel your belly expanding again.

STOP, hold for a moment.

Observe the sensation,
observe the difference between tension and letting go.

Inhale slowly through your nose.
Mentally direct your breath down into your lower abdomen.

Inhale through your nose into your lungs so that your belly rises.
With inhalations we take in life energy.

IN-AIR-BELLY UP.

The sequence is ;

contact, stop, observe stop,
release, stop, observe stop,
repeat the cycle.


Put your full concentration into relaxing body part as you contract and release its muscle.

INHALE, push in the air
and feel the belly ascending and EXHALE,
push out the air, feel the belly descending.

OUT-AIR-BELLY DOWN.

Exhale completely through your mouth evenly,
relax your chest and
empty your lungs of stale air.

Let the stale air out smoothly.
Exhale fully.
Each time you EXHALE breath out,
pull your abdomen inwards, toward your back and
let your Self become more relaxed.

Breathe out evenly.
Notice the abdomen flattening inwards toward your back.

INHALE.
Focus on feeling the rise of your belly.
Inhale deeply and hold.
Imagine a situation you desire to realize

Exhale.

Focus on feeling the fall of your belly.

Inhale,
further materialize in your imagination that same situation in more details.

When you exhale fully, the mind becomes clearer and more aware.

Continue to breathe this way for seven minutes.
When the mind becomes clearer and more aware,
slowly see your whole body turn into light.

Yes, see your whole body as a body of light.

Then allow your Self to explore that body of light, that body of love and compassion as you imagine waves of compassionate warmth emanating from your body of light and compassion.

Imagine harmonious vibrations flowing out of your body.

Allow those vibrations to transform your body into the body of a Smiling Buddha.

MEDITATIVE INTROSPECTION

Meditative Introspection is a type of relaxation technique.

As our mind directs our life,
we must use the very powers of the mind to travel the path of detachment from the mind, which is the only way to Meditative introspection.

When you start to feel a lot more calm,
totally relaxed,
you could train your mind
to eliminate emotional distractions in order to
feel a sense of oneness with the surrounding environment.

Meditative introspection could help you direct perception of reality without the intervention of analytical thought process.

And this has been my experience;

meditative introspection could help you advance to a higher state of consciousness and understanding.

By simply watching in a passive detached attitude, without trying to change anything you see, you could become more conscious of the REALITY.

Meditative Introspection and assertive guided imagery result from
targeting your attention
on one image.

By putting together a series of images,
you can make a wordless, silent movie based on the materialization of your main wishes.

Trust your resourceful inner powers to evoke remarkable images of your success.

Don't expect to make sense out of all the images.

Being more open to your imagination,
see your wishes, one at the time, as already granted.

Reveal to your subconscious mind your vision.

Show it exactly what you want to materialize.

Then, visualize your success with unspoken words;

don't verbalize your vision,
just look at it. MEDITATE on it.

VISUALIZATION

Mentally rehearse and see in your mind an image of the desired situation or the people who could become actors in your visualization how you would like to conduct your Self in that situation.

Create it exactly as you want it to be, you being calm, relaxed, in control and deriving great personal satisfaction.

Picture your Self doing concrete visions because the brain does not distinguish between a real or imagined event.
Successful people use assertive visualization as a tool for self-direction and achievement.

They pre-live what they want before they have it.

When experiencing assertive visualizations under a relaxed state facilitate the process of picturing the realization of your goals.

You could visualize by focus on your breath;

mentally producing vivid
colors,
to fix on a full colored object
or situation,
to be more aware of how you feel,
and to visualize the situations ,activities you wish to materialize.

The mind and body are prepared to receive and record the sensory impressions of visualization.

For maximum effect,
your visualization should be embellished
with as many sensory details as possible,
adding all the ingredients
of motion, sound, taste, smell, sight,
texture and temperature
that pertain to the image and its message.

The more a visualization appeals to the senses and emotions,
the more inwardly it becomes, hence
the more powerful the materialization of your visualization seems possible.

Imagine your Self in a situation where you would like to function more effectively and influence its outcome.


Tantric visualization is an introspection (inner vision) of images as they come to mind which are stimulated by our imagination.

In the language of the esoteric paranormal or the spiritual esoterica,
the ability to envision events or scenes distant in time or space is known as "remote viewing".

Visualization is a form of "remote viewing
" which explores new options with the fervor of a true Truth Explorer.

To sustain with clarity and determination your meditative visualization practice,
allow sounds to vibrate through your body.

  • Create the space and time for your Self for quiet contemplation.
  • During your private moments pick a quiet meditative space,
  • sit quietly and conformably on your favorite armchair,
    a deep sofa couch.
  • Sit quietly and comfortably with eyes closed.
  • If you prefer,
    lie comfortably on the floor
    with a cushion
    under your knees and tight
    clothing loosened.
  • Feel your body warm and heavy.
  • Visualize your body as fixed and immovable,

  • Allow that heaviness to pin you down,
    slowly sinking in restful relaxation.
  • Imagine the immovable heaviness, as you relax.
  • Be aware of the whole body by doing body scanning.

    work up through your body
    by putting your awareness
    on your feet,
    your calves,
    your knees,
    your thighs,
    your hips,
    your stomach,

    your arms,

  • Then take time to reevaluate your goals and expectations.

Then get to the erotic aspects of visualization.

Fill your mind with inner vision of a male or female genital organ.

These visions will become powerful stimulating erotic images,

For example,

if you are low on self esteem on a particular day, try repeating;
---"I am abundant and have a lot to offer."

Here are some tips for developing affirmations to fit your specific needs:

1- State affirmation in a constructive way. Affirm what you want, and avoid negative statements.


2- State affirmations in the present. Remember, you are turning the future into the PRESENT, here and now. You are already starting your constructive change.
