Meditation,
Visualization and Affirmation Practice for Forgiveness and Inner Peace.
Dear Truth Explorer, you have the opportunity to expand your personal awareness
through the most simple and easy process of the Meditation, Visualization and
Affirmation Practice. The
following is a special meditation for Peace in the World and Peace in your own
body, mind, soul. This World Peace meditation is a manifestation of spontaneous
expression of Forgiveness and of True Loving Kindness. Therefore, I invite you
to join with me and travel far away on a long journey, a pilgrimage for World
Peace.
I write this Meditation
following a personal encounter with and channel via Aaron Cliff-Walker, my Spirit
Guide, the very reason you may trust the effectiveness of this World Peace meditation.
This profound World Peace meditation comes from the very depth of Aaron Cliff-Walker's
being where inner beauty glows, inner light shines and silence radiates, a place
where relaxation flows so peacefully.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
So
while doing Meditation and Visualization Exercises I focus on the present moment.
And by focusing on the PRESENT, I become fully conscious that I am connecting
with Thousands of facilitators who are doing the same Meditation and Visualization
Exercises the I describe below on this page.
AN EXPLORATION
When
I do the Meditation, I simply surrender and allow myself to explore beyond familiar,
acceptable territory. I feel connected with powers outside my normal realm of
existence. I feel like being suspended in solid light, bathed in a veritable symphony
of sparkling colors like a living rainbow, glistening like an iridescent living
crystal.
GROWTH and
IMPROVEMENT
How
does one become fully conscious? Very simple, as far as I am personally concerned,
I just leave some of my questions at the door of my mind. Emptiness is the secret
of this Spiritual Practice. I surrender. In this state of emptiness, sitting quietly,
doing nothing, just be questionless, open, available, waiting. I relax, I open
my heart and I listen to my Inner Spirit. I listen to my body and soul. When I
flow, each moment becomes ecstatic, a cosmic flowering, a communion with the Cosmos.

Aaron
Cliff-Walker, my Spirit Guide expressly suggests to meditate. This World Peace
meditation is full of surprises for you. Surprises totally different from anything
you could ever think of. And since the world is nothing but miracles, lets keep
asking for one more miracle, World Peace.
Aaron
Cliff-Walker, my Spirit Guide says that if you calm your mind, your fears you'll
be able to welcome the feeling of fullness, of balance. Receive it in your body,
mind and soul. Maximize the feeling and send it back to the whole World. This
World Peace meditation is a celebration of Life. This World Peace meditation is
for those who want to hear the wild discordant rhythm of the Sun, the harmonious
music of the Moon, the ecstatic songs of the Stars and the voice of the Wind in
chorus with the waves of the Oceans. So
please, read the following instructions very carefully, since each word is full
of significance. This World Peace meditation which results from my personal experience
is done in a gentle way, a way of intelligence, intimacy and self-Love. Love.
Nothing but True Love. Therefore proceed with reverence, with great sensitivity
and compassion in a space filled with dimmed lights, twilight, quietness and silence.
Soft music is also part of Silence. So
my dear friends, here is the MEDITATION for FORGIVENESS and for WORLD PEACE. Here
is a short meditation I prepared for you:
MEDITATION
for FORGIVENESS
PREAMBLE:
Some people do get what they want out of their Life
A) by working hard of
course
B) by meditating
C) by knowing what they really want and how
to get it. Please meditate
on the following MANTRA: How could you be surprised in your Life, if you don't
let Life surprise you?
TECHNIQUE
The
following is my very own Technique that I would like to share with you. This technique
for the Meditation is a way I imprint and program my subconscious mind to transform
unpleasant situations into more pleasant ones.
How do I do that ?
A MUST:
This MEDITATIVE exercise requires my TOTAL commitment
in order to transform my wishes into a tangible form of reality. Since this MEDITATIVE
exercise is a most valuable and effective tool towards conditioning myself positively,
I promise myself to always persevere until I get the desired results.
BREATHING
When
I do the Meditation, I constantly and consciously watch my in-breaths and my out-breaths.
MEDITATIVE INTROSPECTION
requires that one starts to breath consciously, uniting
body and mind. When
your breathing starts coming from the deeper abyss of your soul, this World Peace
meditation will become a way of freedom, of self-Liberation from what has been
forced upon you from outside influences.This World Peace meditation is a way of
freedom, of self-Liberation from non-constructive thinking. A freedom from fear
generated from constant questioning.
METHODOLOGY (it would facilitate the process if you were to tape the following and play
it back while you start meditating).
- FIRST,
I create the time for quiet contemplation. Set a regular time every day to do
this meditation.
- The Meditation
should be done in a silent space. Be silent, please. This silence should bring
the greater clarity necessary to be able to watch the images.
- Find
a quiet place to sit or lie down (or even stand, if you prefer--go with what feels
comfortable and settling to your own inner sense). I find a quiet place where
I won't be disturbed. Alone, true to my being, sitting silently, doing nothing,
dropping all thinking, rooted in pure consciousness, in an apparent emptiness,
I meditate in a comfortable, private and quiet room, my own sanctuary.
- ATTENTION:
You may want to close your eyes if you wish, or keep them open if you prefer.
Your "comfort zone" will tell you what works best for you in the moment.
- Get
into a comfortable position where you can be relatively still for about 20 minutes.
- ATTENTION:
you do not have to keep your back ramrod-straight and stiff, you do not need to
cross or twist up your limbs, you do not have to lock your hands into a "mudra"
(palms pressed in a prayer position) you do not have to make any special noises
(aOUMMM) to receive Cosmic energy. Just find a position in which you are comfortable
and still aware. Simply sit or lay down comfortably without
any other artifax next to you.
- ATTENTION:
You don't need an altar, icon, incense, or any special environmental trappings.
You just need a quiet place where you can be with your inner self and with the
Cosmic energies that flow through us when we are in a silent and receptive inner
place. Again, I repeat, sit down on a high cushion cross-legged on the floor,
but a chair is fine as well. Yes, sit in stillness.
- Listen
to your body: let it tell you what position allows you to settle down and open
to your inner life. Sit still in a quiet room where no one will bother you. I
sit down comfortably in a very relaxed manner with eyes closed.
- My
own experience: When I sit down in my usual
place of meditation, I bring awareness in my body. I let my attention rest easily
on the sensations of my physical being. I become fully aware of a tingling here,
a cramp there as they arise and pass away. I never interrupt the meditative process
not even to answer the phone, of course. That would break the spell.
- For
this Spiritual Service to be fully pleasurable, I totally surrender, relax and
let go the preoccupation of my daily routine.
- I
breath slowly, consciously and calmly in a very sensual way. Breathe normaly and
start to push air OUT.
- I consciously
observe my breath.
- I calmly breathe.
I take a deep breath, and fully concentrating on
each breath without thinking of anything else.
- My
own experience: As I mentally feel my arms, my legs, I start to focus on
my breath. I let my breath come easily and naturally. I breathe out, I breathe
in.
- Feel relaxation gradually invading
your heart, abdomen, brain, or other organ or body system.
- Imagine
this relaxation under the form of "Warm Honey Golden Light".
- Trust
and follow your own unique experience as the Cosmos manifests inside you.
- While
experiencing the invasion of Cosmic Inner peace gradually filling the Spiritual
reservoir of your Body, allow the thoughts of your mind to pass through.
- Just
observe the thoughts of your mind.
- Put
your mid-finger and gently press between your eyebrows.
- When
doing that gentle pressure please keep your attention there, it will help silence
the mind and relax the body. This area is also called the chakra of the third
eye. The eye that looks inside!
- Keep
your attention on the third eye.
- Take
a few simple breaths in awareness of your own body.
- Again,
there is no need for the moment to breathe in a particular way (deeply, shallowly,
forcefully, or anything else): just be aware of what happens within when you breathe.
- While meditating absorb the transformative
Cosmic energy that is filling your body.
- Breathe
in and OUT and focus on the OUT.
- Let
the INtake work on its own.
- Observe
your breath. normally IN and slowly and gradually, you voluntarily PUSH the air
OUT.
- While doing that, become a
completely relaxed and attentive passive observer.
- I
(forcefully) breathe OUT. I Exhale sharply, emptying the lungs.
- While
"pushing out the air, I let go of internal
preoccupation by being intimately present with what is happening here and now.
- I
calmly breathe IN. I feel the belly expanding
again.
- I watch whatever arises
in me with a non judgmental attitude.
- I
simply concentrate on slow abdominal breathing, filling and emptying the lungs
completely.
- For SERENITY BREATHING,
allow your self to become more relaxed,
going deeper in relaxation, permit
yourself to let go more. - For SERENITY
BREATHING, place your hands on your abdomen to feel the breath increases your
awareness and help you monitor the deep abdominal process.
- For
SERENITY BREATHING, I calmly breathe IN. I watch my mood, my emotions.
- I
calmly breathe IN.
- Inhale through
your nose into your lungs so that your belly rises.
With inhalations we take
in life energy. - I NEVER struggle
with my mind.
- I calmly breathe
in soothing peace, and exhale my anger, my rage, my bitterness, my resentment,
my isolation, my loneliness.
- While
breathing in, I see mentally some constructive and progressive images, visualizations.
- Inhale slowly through your nose.
Mentally direct your breath down into your lower abdomen. - I
(forcefully) breathe OUT. I Exhale sharply, emptying the lungs and pushing the
stomach out.
- STOP, hold for a moment.
- Observe
the sensation, observe the difference between tension and letting go.
- While
breathing in, I have a clear vision of the goal I want to achieve, I keep this
image as vividly as possible for a few minutes.
- I
(forcefully) breathe out. When I exhale fully, the mind becomes clearer and more
aware.
- Be aware of your desires
in life.
- Focus your full attention
on what you actually want to achieve. Let's say: FORGIVENESS.
- Remember,
the process of forgiving is a "journey." People who get to forgive perpetrations
gradually experience far less anxiety and depression than a non forgiving person.
Forgiving, however, does not mean letting the guilty party off the hook. Forgiving
does not excuse or forget, forgiving means giving up resentment that you're entitled
to. The paradox is that "by giving this gift to the other, it is the gift-giver
who becomes emotionally healed.
- Then,
make a conscious choice towards the materialization of what is most important
for you to achieve, materialize or activate NOW: again let's say: Forgiving a
perpetrator.
- Then, once you have
a clear objective to attain (let's say: Forgiving a perpetrator), continue being
a passive observer, waiting in complete stillness for more mental images to pass
through your mind.
VISUALIZATION:
- Observe your
mind, your thinking pattern.
- Clearly
see the images of the (only one) object of your desires (forgiveness) passing
through your mind. Clear images are most important. Fogged images or confused
information MUST be discarded.
- Remember,
the object of your desire does require total clarity. This is why I recommend
daily meditation practice.
- Become
a passive observer of these mental images. This observation should set their materialization
in motion.
- My
own experience: With an acute sense of presence, I try to become more assertive.
Then I am able to reach inside myself and bring up the chaos. Ready to experience
the unspeakable and the unknown, I feel myself opening up to different impressions;
anger, forgiveness, emotional warmth. I let these feelings grow and expand in
my awareness.
- Imagine and clearly
visualize the complete materialization of the objective: forgiveness.
- When
images come up, do not engage into them. Simply observe the parade of images that
pass through your mind.
- Do not
intervene. Do not try to modify the content of the images. If anger or rage is
there, let rage be.
- Please don't
try to find any logic interpretation of any of the so-called messages you might
receive. Remember, you observe images not messages. Simply remain a passive observer.
- If
your mind tries to turn your attention away from FORGIVENESS, firmly bring your
attention back on what you actually want to materialize. There is no need for
blind faith here. Look at this logically and you will see that it is truly this
simple.
- My
own experience: I keep on letting my breath come IN easily and naturally.
I willingly push OUT my breath until empty. Emptiness is the goal.
- My
own experience: Then I slowly focus on each person individually who has
caused me pain or anger in the past. I name that person. I feel the anger he/she
created in me. I take that anger and replace it with feelings of forgiveness.
- My own experience:
As I perceive each of the persons in my mind, I consciously recite that I forgive
that particular person for the harm and pain he or she has inflicted upon me.
I forgive his/her disturbing words, his/her hurtful actions. I also ask him/her
to forgive me for anything I may have done to cause him/her pain. I need to be
truly sorry for this process to work effectively.
- Ageless
Wisdom channeled from Spiritual Sources throughout history agrees that
the ultimate goal is emptiness of any anger and inner peace. According to these
sources, we should send out Loving Kindness.
- True
Ageless Wisdom teaches us that forgiving will maximize peace in our being.
And Inner Peace is always free, there available.
- While
breathing in, I visualize receiving affection.
- Then
while breathing out, I send seeds of compassion and Loving Kindness to all living
beings. By demonstrating my genuine caring for other living beings, I always experience
an innermost essence of peace.
- Once
you feel, the process is completed; allow the images to leave, to fade away.
- Stay
put. Remain still in quiet silence.
- If
feelings of joy, relaxation and comfort are present, allow them to invade your
body.
- Finally, once you feel you
have reach the completion of this Meditation, please thank the Spirit Sage and
Cosmic helpers for their assistance during the Meditation.
- Once,
you've completed the meditative process, simply get up and carry on with daily
living.
- CONCLUSION:
Give it a try. Its possibilities are limitless. If you can do this well, you will
bring inspiration and joy to those around you. If you can do this well, it will
enrich your life and the lives of those you contact as it did in ways they could
never understand for those who tried it consistently. Try it and you'll blossom!
- ATTENTION:
If you have never meditated before (or never thought you had or could meditate),
and you have tried the little seven step practice above, then congratulations--you've
just practiced your "first meditation."
- It
may have taken 20 minutes or more--the time does not matter. What matters is each
experience, and your feelings of each experience.
- When
you return for another meditation, (it doesn't have to be in the same place, position,
or time, though many people do naturally develop certain routines about these
matters), please delevelop a general routine that is most natural and comfortable
(and effective) for you. Remember, this Meditation will eventually relate to our
learning from the Spirit Sage, either through Meditation, the I Ching or other
types of insight experiences.
- Ageless

we have the power to reach inside ourselves and bring up great talents to share
with others.
- This particular Meditation
is also be helpful in reaching a degree of balance. TaiChi is also another to
make contact with the calmness of nature. Which of course can turn quite violent
at times.
- During those times of
violence, True Ageless Wisdom teaches us, you and me, to do Spiritual Chanting
by allowing sounds to vibrate through your body could give you a potent power
to deal with the inner tremors you could be experiencing at that time.
- Since
quiet meditative visualization practices should be regarded as stepping stones
towards contentment, summon your kind and loving human resources within and be
ready to experience a sensation of warmth in your chest at the Heart Chakra.
- According

AFFIRMATIONS:
-
To do AFFIRMATIONS, I imagine and develop affirmative scripts of certain events
I want to happen in my life. I have to be careful in how I word the AFFIRMATIONS
because they are very powerful and their results are often startling, almost unbelievable
!
- I proceed to make a clear statement.
I state the object of that vision. I make an AFFIRMATION.
- I
AFFIRM that statement aloud at least three times. For example, if I did NOT hear
from a person for a long time, I could AFFIRM: --"Anna-Maria from Los Angeles,
calls me today." And, it works.
- I
visualize the materialization of the object of my wish. I imagine my request being
answered. I AFFIRM aloud the vision as being realized. For example: --"I had a
joyful conversation with Anna-Maria."--
- I
create concise AFFIRMATIONS that are easy to remember and to repeat. The repetitive
use of AFFIRMATIONS works better. Therefore, I repeat the same AFFIRMATION at
least three times. Yes, I say each AFFIRMATION over and over again in order to
create my own positive reality.
- Then,
I thank the Holy Spirit and my Guardian Angels for any favor granted. Yes, at
the end of this Meditative Spiritual Service, I always thank the Holy Spirit and
my Guardian Angels. They seem to always guide me to be at the right place at the
right time, successfully doing and completing the right project.
- Then,
feeling totally relaxed, expanded, and loving full of compassion and affection
for the Whole World, I prepare to conclude this Spiritual Exercise by gently massaging
my legs, my arms, my whole self. YES, I give myself a very loving hug.
- I
repeat this exercise during 3, 7 or 9 days or evenings. 3 for an easy wish, 7
for a relationship wish and a novena, 9 days for the removal of challenging obstacles.
- When that period 3,7 or 9 days,
is over, I light a perpetual Candle, a ten day candle to honor the Holy Spirit
and to celebrate the granting of my wish or realization of my vision.
- This
exercise is good for all types of causes; removing obstacles, the return of a
loved one, finding love, success against all odds, depressed moods, etc. For example,
the moment I experience some depressing thoughts, I observe them. Then I decide
if I want to accept them. If I want to refuse them, I reprogram my thinking by
visualizing a more acceptable outcome. The very moment I like a particular vision,
I transform it into an affirmation. Then my mind starts processing the affirmative
visualization and proceeds to make it a more acceptable reality.

RESOLUTIONS
for 2007 - TO
get some periods of physical exercise, alternated with relaxation and MEDITATION.
- TO keep busy.
- TO
maintain as normal a schedule as possible.
- TO
make as many daily decisions as possible.
- TO
structure and prioritize your time while staying with normal routines.
- TO
accept the feelings you have and understand them as normal responses to unusual
events. MEDITATION helps you assimilate the grieving loss (lost innocence) in
order to emerge stronger.
- TO reach
out to others.
- TO spend time in
the company of others.
- TO talk to
people. People do care.
- TO help
others as much as possible
by checking out how they are doing. - TO
give your Self permission to feel "rotten".
- TO
honor your emotions even if they give rise
to unusually strong "irritability
or anger" reactions. - TO refuse
to emotionally take the intense and overwhelming problems of mates or of other
people personally.
- If you feel overloaded
with too much stimulation you shut down feeling numb, in shock or dead inside.
Emotionally you shut down and don't feel anything. Spiritually you're disconnected,
you have a spiritual crisis or it doesn't mean anything to you at all.
- TO
refuse to withdraw. Distressing feelings can not be repressed or forgotten. Troubling
events replay over and over in the course of a lifetime. They do not improve in
isolation. To fix them you have to be connected to others.
- TO
remain available.
- YES,
reaching out to and helping others. Baby-sitting, giving blood after a disaster
could be a therapeutic impulse.
- TO
refuse to compare yourself with others.
- Please
DON'T tell traumatized people they are "lucky it wasn't worse." Most
people are not consoled by such statements.
- Instead
tell them that you are sorry such an event has occurred and you want to understand
and assist them.
- TO spend time with
others. Talking to others is very healing for most people.
- TO
share your feelings with others.
- TO
talk about any trauma you may have experienced and express the pain you feel.
Talking about the experience will make the memory less distressing.
- TO
keep a journal. Write your way
through those sleepless hours. Don't worry,
you most probably have the coping skills to get through past difficult experiences. - TO
get plenty of rest.
- TO eat well-balanced
and regular meals, even if you don't feel like it.
- TO
be alert for "psychic" dreams. They are normal and will increase over
time.
- TO think twice before you
make any big life changes at this time, because actions such as changing jobs
tend to be highly stressful in themselves.
- TO refuse to use drugs or alcohol as coping mechanisms; they only numb the pain
and delay recovery.
- TO meditate
as often and as regularly as possible.
